I earned my M.S. in Counseling Psychology at California Lutheran University (CLU) in May 2021, with a specialization in trauma. During my time in graduate school, I received direct counseling experience at CLU’s Community Counseling Services, where I worked primarily with adults and adolescents. After graduation I began working with a wide range of clients in private practice. I loved it so much I started my own private practice as soon as I became licensed in September 2024.
My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and confidential space where we can work together toward healing and personal growth.

That’s where our work together begins. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and creative process. My goal is to help you feel better in the present, while finding deeper insight and lasting change for the future. My style is warm, supportive, interactive, and sometimes humorous. I will adapt our work to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe that the relationship we build in therapy is the foundation for healing and change.
Since my undergraduate studies, I have developed a passion for social justice. I wanted to work with people individually to help dismantle social constructs that limit their ability to live fulfilling lives. I am driven by connecting with clients and helping them unlearn unhelpful personal schemas. I have robust experience with adults in treating anxiety and depression. I have substantial experience working alongside the Latinx community, and I am excited to work with an array of diverse populations.
Life is filled with transitions, both exciting and challenging. During these times, we often need guidance and support.
