I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel understood and empowered. My background includes work in both community and private settings, allowing me to support a wide range of individuals — from young adults managing life changes to professionals balancing multiple responsibilities. I believe everyone deserves a space to slow down, reflect, and build the tools needed for lasting emotional well-being.
In many ways, animals embody mindfulness: they are present in the moment, without judgment. It was my love for animals, my work in animal rescue, and my experience volunteering with my dog as a pet therapy team that solidified my desire to become a psychotherapist. I witnessed first-hand the myriad therapeutic benefits that animals bring to humans, and I thought: Not only do I want to emulate the traits of empathy, authenticity, non-judgment, and being in-the-moment, but I want to employ them in an intentional manner.
