Welcome! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 15 years of experience in private practice. Building solid , trusting relationships is among my greatest strengths as a therapist. I strive to create a safe and productive place for you to grow, heal, and become the best version of yourself.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with more than 17 years' experience working with children, adults, and families, the last 7 years in teletherapy. I received my master's degree in psychology with a focus on marriage and family therapy in 2011, and I have completed certification training to be a functional family therapy supervisor. I also provide Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, a gold-standard evidence-based psychotherapy.
During my time as a clinical social worker, I've treated individuals with many different ages, cultures, and mental health diagnoses. My current area of expertise is depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, faith transitions, body-image challenges, women’s issues, and adjustment disorders. I believe that many of life’s challenges can be relieved through connecting with the right therapist.

Thanks for stopping by my page! I'm Kimberly, located in Southern California and have enjoyed a 20-year career in behavioral health. I specialize in working with women of all ages navigating life’s many transitions—from new motherhood and postpartum challenges to finding balance between career and family, and through the emotional and physical changes that come with pre- and post-menopause. I understand firsthand how these seasons can bring both joy and overwhelm.
Whether you’re returning to work after having a baby, learning how to care for yourself while caring for everyone else, or adjusting to the shifts that come with your body and hormones changing, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to help you find steadiness, confidence, and peace as you navigate it all. I’m passionate about supporting women through anxiety, depression, and the ups and downs of motherhood and womanhood. Therapy is a space to rediscover yourself — not as who you “should” be, but as who you are becoming.
I’m a Taiwanese American therapist who works with second-generation immigrants, people of color, women of color, and queer folks navigating the pain of disconnection—from self, from family, and from the world around them. Whether you're carrying intergenerational trauma, struggling with self-worth, or moving through the quiet grief of not having had space to simply be—you’re not alone.
Many of the people I work with are holding complex identities and untold stories: navigating cultural differences, the pressure to meet others’ expectations, or the silent weight of being “strong” for everyone else. You may find yourself questioning who you are, what you need, or how to trust your own voice.
As a daughter of immigrants, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate your sense of identity and self across differences in values systems and beliefs. My work is shaped by Buddhist values of compassion, loving-kindness and patience of the full human experience.
I am a child and family therapist that specializes in supporting children, tweens and teens as they navigate life transitions, and emotional ups and downs.
