Are you doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results? Have you tried countless times to change a your behavior? Have you recently left inpatient rehabilitation or a psychiatric ward and need additional support? Do you feel like your mood, anxiety, and depression are running your life? Making these changes can be extremely difficult and cannot be done alone. My name is Lauren Debski. I am a dual board-certified family and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner.
I work with couples, families, and adults navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, fertility challenges, PTSD, bipolar disorder, sexual identity exploration, intimacy concerns, and family conflict. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals who look “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected internally.
My style is warm, relational, and deeply attuned — but also strategic and structured. I am direct in a gentle way. I will validate you, and I will challenge you. I hold unconditional positive regard for every client while helping you become the person you truly want to be.
I’m a licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology, experienced in supporting adults and older teens through anxiety, self-worth, relationships, and life transitions. Clients describe me as warm, grounded, and approachable, with a style that’s both compassionate and direct.
