I'm a psychologist trained in clinical/forensic psychology. My training and experience have allowed me to develop clinical expertise in treatment modalities that are evidence based, such as CBT and ACT. I have extensive training in the assessment of psychological concerns including diagnostic clarification/personality functioning.
I am a clinician dedicated to helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in meeting people exactly where they are. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, substance use challenges, and the emotional weight of family or relationship stress.
