With nearly two decades of rich and varied experience, I've navigated multiple settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs, telehealth, and diverse educational environments, serving families, couples, children, adults, and adolescents. My therapeutic approach encompasses a spectrum of modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to the creative realms of Dance Movement Therapy. Driven by empathy, respect, and holistic care, my therapeutic philosophy centers on recognizing the innate healing abilities within each person
