

My name is Samantha G Stringer and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked with youths, adults, the elderly, veterans, church groups, and families as they struggled with conflicts, life transitions, mental health, and substance use related issues. I have more than twenty years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults. I utilize a supportive approach to create a comfortable environment in which you can discuss your issues and achieve your goals. I specialize in treating psychological trauma, including sexual trauma, and I also treat depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, including panic attacks and panic disorder, grief/bereavement, relationship issues, parenting issues, behavioral issues, stress management and improving your coping mechanisms.
Jeffrey Ottowitz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in both New York and New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
With nearly three decades of experience, he has worked with culturally diverse populations across the East Coast, the Midwest, and Hawai‘i in a wide range of psychotherapeutic and community-based settings. His professional background includes trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, substance use recovery, and supporting individuals and families navigating complex emotional and life transitions.
Jeffrey is particularly attuned to the intersection of emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth, working with clients who are seeking a deeper sense of meaning and alignment in their lives. His work supports both traditional therapeutic goals and integrative approaches such as psychedelic integration and mindfulness-based exploration, always within a safe, grounded, and ethical framework.
