Hi, my name is Cinthya! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience working with adolescents (16+) and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and obsessive-compulsive issues. I believe therapy is the first step to help create change while also meeting the client where they are to ensure they feel safe, seen and heard.
I’m Maria, a nurse practitioner and entrepreneur dedicated to making recovery accessible, compassionate, and effective. I founded May Lily MAT — Inculcate to provide personalized, telehealth-based Suboxone treatment for individuals and families across New Jersey. My work is grounded in evidence-based care and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe healing works best when it is clinically sound, nonjudgmental, and deeply human.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals move beyond symptoms and into deeper, lasting healing. I specialize in trauma-informed care, working with issues like anxiety, depression, dissociation, and unresolved childhood experiences. My clients value my warm, grounded presence and the clarity I bring to complex emotional challenges. I also offer advanced modalities like EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and certified breathwork facilitation. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I'm here to guide you toward meaningful change.

I have 10+ years of experience working with preteens, teens, and adults in both clinical and non-clinical manners. I began my career as a therapist working at and developing a clinical program within a public school system. Additionally, I worked for a company which provided Intensive In-Community (IIC) Services for youth and families in Bergen County. These career opportunities have rewarded me with a wealth of knowledge in areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, family and peer conflict, school avoidance and life transitions for preteens, teens, and even young adults.
