Hey there! I'm Jae. My pronouns are he/they. I'm a nonbinary, queer psychotherapist. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I earned my Masters in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University. My background includes a decade of community organizing and social work, focused through the lens of social justice, anti-racism, harm reduction, and queer-affirming frameworks.
Building on my decade of experience in the mental health field, my personality style in therapy is rooted in warmth, genuine curiosity, and thoughtful directness. I strive to be a compassionate and steady presence, creating a secure, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your deepest challenges. While I lead with empathy and active listening, I also believe in providing honest, practical feedback and gentle challenges when necessary, ensuring our work together is productive and goal-oriented. My approach is always collaborative—I am here to be a reliable partner and guide, helping you uncover your inherent strengths and wisdom.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2020. My clinical interests include working with individuals who have been impacted by the effects of trauma. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, children in the foster care system, and victims and survivors of sexual assault. I also have assessment experience in community mental health and inpatient psychiatric settings.
I’m Tanesha Mould, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Illinois. I specialize in supporting individuals through life’s pivotal transitions — from young adulthood through the aging process — with a focus on anxiety, depression, stress management, grief, postpartum challenges, and navigating the early stages of perimenopause.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Troy University and a Master’s from Clark Atlanta University, I bring both academic depth and lived experience to the therapeutic space. As a wife, mother of two, and dedicated therapist, I understand the complexity of modern life and the importance of creating a space where you can breathe, reflect, and heal.
When I’m not in session, you can find me enjoying quality time with family and friends, working out, volunteering, or traveling — all things that keep me grounded and inspired.
