I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Bay Area, and I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. I bring a warm, grounded presence to therapy and aim to create a relationship where you don’t have to “perform” or have it all figured out.
I’m someone who values creativity and expressive arts, and I often weave gentle, creative approaches into sessions when helpful. My work is trauma-informed and collaborative, meaning we move at your pace and center what feels most supportive for you.
In my clinical work, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and elements of ACT. I have a special interest in trauma healing, nervous system regulation, attachment patterns, anxiety, and supporting clients who feel stuck in old patterns but are ready for change.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration. Whether you’re coming in with something specific or just a sense that “something isn’t working anymore,” we can explore that together with curiosity and care.
I'm Ashley, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in working with high-achieving women in their 20s and 30s. The ones who look like they have it together from the outside and are quietly exhausted on the inside.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical depth and real-world practicality. With over a decade of experience across clinical research, outpatient mental health, behavioral health tech, and now private practice, I've learned that good therapy is both an art and a science. I've worked with hundreds of people navigating disordered eating, burnout, anxiety, and the kind of life transitions that don't come with a roadmap.
I work best with women who are smart, self-aware, and a little tired of white-knuckling their way through their own lives. Together, we do the deeper work of understanding what you actually value and want, and then build the daily habits, boundaries, and choices that reflect that. Therapy with me is equal parts honest self-reflection and practical, intentional design.
You're good at managing your life. Let's work on actually living in it. I'd love to connect.
Hi, I’m Sossity,
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people see how amazing they are. I see everyone as a human being first, followed by their life experiences and the results of them.
I’m a Santa Cruz native, UCSC banana slug alumni, and a California state licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
I began my therapy career working with people experiencing active emergency crises that require immediate care and attention. My time spent in psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization units, leading out-patient groups, and providing individual therapy has given me great empathy, compassion, and an in-depth feeling of connectedness to the human experience.
Perhaps you're struggling in silence, and from the outside, everything seems fine to your friends and family. But what happens when your outer world doesn't reflect what's going on inside? You may feel overwhelmed, lost, or too embarrassed to speak up. Who can you talk to or trust that you can say the things that you don’t feel right to say out loud? You are not alone, and it is more common than you may think. This increases anxiety and can stand in the way of building fulfilling relationships, achieving career success, or finding a place of peace where you truly feel at home.
Hello! Are you overwhelmed, stressed out, angry, or maybe in a funk and not sure why? You are not alone! I work with many teens and young adults in the same boat and am excited to work with you to get yourself back on track and feeling good. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Certified Case Manager with over 20 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings with a focus on the teen population since 2001 such as wilderness therapy programs, high schools/boarding schools and rehabilitation/psychiatric hospitals.
I enjoy helping teens and young adults up to 30-ish years of age find their own path and believe that everyone has many answers within themselves. Sometimes these answers are hard to find when life gets in the way. With some self reflection, new awareness and processing it's exciting to see how things can begin to change with some new perspective and development of new stories we tell ourselves. As a result of this work, our lives moving forward can be elevated and begin to move in the right direction. I am honored to help clients in their journey to find peace, inspiration and motivation to be the best they can be!
Please note for clients in the Truckee/Tahoe area option for in person (in addition to virtual)

Over the past 40 years, I have had the pleasure of helping my clients overcome internal and external challenges. I am deeply grateful for the training from teachers, mentors, and supervisors, which helped me understand psychodynamic psychotherapy and the art of guiding people toward achieving their goals.
